Looking for a solid summer read? The annual Inclusive Excellence Summer Reading List is up and full of excellent titles to choose from!

Each year’s list is curated by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion in the spirit of affirming a range of experiences and stories and supporting ongoing growth as a professional learning community.

The titles have been procured by your Lemieux Library and are available as either a physical or ebook as in past years. On the 3rd floor of the library you’ll find a selection of these titles on display near the Circulation Desk. Just scan the QR code at this display for the full list with hyperlinks to all titles and their availability within the library.

Note from ODI:

Please note that reading alone is insufficient to realize our shared vision for an inclusive and equitable university. Yet, without widening perspectives, progress remains elusive. This reading list should not be viewed as a standalone resource, but rather as one tool in our larger strategy and shared commitment to pursuing academic inclusive excellence.
