  • Finding additional help, understanding assignments, writing or tutoring

Faculty - Subject Specialist Library Faculty collaborate with you to:

  • Provide instruction, orientation and training tailored to subjects, courses or needs
  • Research support to meet you where you are at in your own projects
  • Identify sources for open or affordable course materials
  • Design learning tools and online learning materials for subject areas or specific courses
  • Create research assignments that encourage student inquiry and develop research skills
  • Handle recommendations for new books, eBooks, subscriptions, licensed media (in collaboration with your department faculty representative)

The Library is in the process of adjusting our Subject Specialist Program to best support changing curricula at Seattle University. You may see some changes, gaps, or new names.
