STUDENT PEER RESEARCH CONSULTANTS (SPRCS)
SPRCs are available Sun – Fri at the floor 2 iDesk. These trained student experts can help you find the resources you need, reserve study rooms, schedule time with a librarian, and much more!
Our librarians create detailed guides to subject-specific databases, articles, or materials for a department, school, college, or course. LibGuides contain links, useful information, and easy ways to get more help.
REGIONAL INTERLIBRARY LOAN (SUMMIT)
Trouble finding what you need? Request physical books or media from the Orbis Cascade Alliance — a PNW partnership of academic libraries that delivers resources within just days of your request.
If you need a book or article that isn't available from the Library or Summit (see above), submit an ILL request and get it from another library within the worldwide network.
LEARNING ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (LAP)
Peer tutoring, facilitated study groups, learning strategy workshops with specialists, and more can all be found at LAP on floor 2.
Get focused tutoring by trained students on floor 2 of the library. Drop-in hours and appointments available at the Writing Center, drop- in only at the Math Lab.
Find supplemental books, articles, and other materials that instructors use for specific classes. Reserves may be available online or via short-term loan from the library’s circulation desk.
The MPC on floor 1 provides unique computer, photo, video, and audio equipment available for use on-site or for loan. Reserve spaces like the Studio and Control Room, the Podcast Studio, or the Screening Room.
On floor 1 of the Sinegal Center you'll find a makerspace that hosts a variety of workshops, trainings & a workspace with sewing machines, vinyl cutters, laser cutters, bike repair, glass, jewelry, & more. All students and skill levels welcome!
