Update: Winter Break Hours & Services

Building Hours

Monday, December 16th – Friday, December 20th  

Monday – Thursday, 10:00am - 6:00pm 

Friday, 10:00am – 12:00pm 

Valid Campus Card required for: 

  • Access after 6pm, break weeks, holidays, and weekends.  
  • 24/7 access open for Reading Rooms and Computer Lab 208. Enter through the doors on floor 2 and plaza level. 
  • See information for Alumni and Guests

Friday, December 20th (12:00pm) – Wednesday, January 1st 

Building Hours: Closed 
24/7 Zone: Closed. 

 

Books and Materials

  • Access to electronic resources including databases, ebooks, ejournals, and streaming media will remain available throughout the Winter Break.  

  • Access to Lemieux Library books and materials will be available during posted open hours.    

Friday, December 13th – Sunday, December 29th  

Requests for Summit and Interlibrary Loan (ILL) materials will not be available. This service will return Monday, December 30th.   

 

Research Services

Monday, December 16th – Thursday, December 19th  

Research Consultations: Monday – Thursday (by appointment) 

Chat Service: Available 24/7 

Friday, December 20th – Wednesday, January 1st 

Research Consultations: Unavailable 

Chat with a Librarian for quick questions: Available 24/7 (unavailable: December 25th & January 1st) 

 

The Library will reopen on Thursday, January 2nd, with all services operating.
