This guide contains resources that will help you research and experiment in alternative photographic processes. Alternative processes refers to non-traditional photographic printing processes. This includes many historical processes, such as the tintype, daguerreotype, gum bichromate, and cyanotype, but it can also refer to more modern non-traditional methods such as polaroid transfers, caffenol, and non-standard printing using digital images.
