Learning Assistance Programs is now open and will be operating completely remotely for Winter quarter.  Visit LAP’s website for more information about this quarter's offerings as well as details about the variety of ways to contact us with questions and/or to schedule various appointments. Here are some key helpful services to keep in mind at the beginning of the quarter:

Digital Tutoring Needs Assessment Blitz Week is scheduled for Monday, January 11th through Thursday, January 14th. Tutoring sessions will begin on Friday, January 15th.  Before you begin working with a tutor for the duration of the quarter, you must first complete a tutoring needs assessment with an LAP staff member or complete one on your own if you meet certain criteria.  You should visit our website for more details or log into our TutorTrac system using your SU credentials to schedule an assessment appointment.

Drop-in tutoring or study hall times are available with subject specialists in the areas of Math, Languages, Science, and Nursing for content support as well as learning strategy support. Find schedules at the LAP Drop-In Tutoring page or search for event details on ConnectSU.

LAP’s quarterly learning strategy workshop series begins Wednesday, January 13th at 4pm.  Keep an eye out for details throughout the quarter!

You can also schedule an individual learning strategy consultation session with a Learning Assistance Programs staff member through TutorTrac.
